Firstly, You cannot delete your Joom account from the Joom website or by uninstalling the Joom application on your phone.

1. Go to the email you used to register on Joom.
2. Compose a message with the subject: “Request to Delete My Joom Account’‘ and send it to [email protected] and CC: [email protected]
Hello, My Name is [insert name], Username [insert username] I would like to request that my account be closed down and deleted. The reasons are deleting my account are: [insert reasons] I would be willing to provide more information to this effect. Thank you Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely, [Your Name]
3. Within 24 hours, you’ll be contacted by someone from Joom to verify your account and confirm the deletion process.
Note: Joom will not ask for your password or credit card details.
What Happens When I Delete My Joom Account?
